High Density Multiplexer Module designed for use in production and burn-in testing of high pin count Devices-Under-Test. With 128 switch pins the unit is user configurable for various switching formats:1 Channel 128 Pole,2 channel 64 pole, down to 16 channel 8 pole. Model 20-630A is a 128 Pin Device-Under-Test (D.U.T.) Multiplexer,the first in a new generation of high density multiplexers from Interfaces. One standard module offers a large range of switching configurations. Larger multiplexers can easily be constructed by simply plugging in additional modules. Allowing expansion up to 3000 input poles, selected signals are routed on the internal 128 pole shielded analogue bus within the System 20 backplane. Typical applications will be found in Burn-In Test areas
