The Website presents information about DCT and about the test and measurement, power, RF, timing and other products of the manufacturers we represent. The information is provided for general information only. Product specifications, images, availability and prices are based on information from the manufacturers, may change without notice and may contain errors. Information on the Website does not constitute an offer. A binding offer is made only in a written quote from DCT.

2. Quotes, orders and warranty

Every order is subject to a written quote or order confirmation from DCT, to product availability and to DCT’s terms of sale. Warranty terms are detailed on our Warranty page and in the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. If there is any conflict between the Website and a signed quote or agreement, the quote or agreement prevails.

3. Intellectual property

All rights in the Website and its content – including text, design, graphics and software – belong to DCT or to third parties who licensed them to us. Manufacturers’ names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used to identify their products. You may not copy, distribute, publish or make commercial use of any content from the Website without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose; not to interfere with its operation or security; not to use automated tools to copy or collect data from it; and not to submit false information or content that infringes the rights of others.
