DDS Function Generator SFG-1000

  • Supports Sine, Square, Triangle, and TTL waveforms, providing flexibility for various signal generation applications.
  • Offers an amplitude range of 2 mVpp to 10 Vpp into a 50Ω load. The main impedance is 50Ω ±10%, with an attenuator range of -40 dB ±1 dB.
  • Sine/Square waveforms cover 0.1 Hz to 3 MHz, while Triangle waveforms range from 0.1 Hz to 1 MHz. Frequency resolution is 0.1 Hz, with ±20 ppm frequency stability.
  • Sine wave harmonic distortion is better than -55 dBc from 0.1 Hz to 200 kHz, and the flatness is within ±0.3 dB (0.1 Hz to 1 MHz).
  • TTL output levels range from >3V (high) to <0.8V (low), with a rise/fall time of <30 ns. Square wave duty cycle ranges from 25% to 75% (≤1 MHz).

The SFG-1000 Series, an economic function generator with high accuracy and high stability output, are designed based on the DDS (Direct Digital Synthesized) technology embedded in a large scale FPGA.

The 3MHz frequency range and the output waveform selection of Sine, Square, Triangle and TTL available in the SFG-1000 Series adequately provide the fundamental functions to ensure high confidence in test results. The DDS technology at an affordable price gives a high value solution to the users who need a signal source for accurate but simple measurement applications.
