The 7750 Series Impulse Winding Testers are designed for detecting turn-to-turn shorts, insulation degradation, and winding structural defects in inductive components. By applying a controlled high-voltage impulse and comparing the resulting waveform to a stored reference, the system reveals abnormalities that may not appear in low-voltage resistance or inductance tests. With fast 200MHz high-resolution waveform sampling, multiple comparison modes, and adjustable impulse voltage ranges, the 7750 Series provides accurate and repeatable evaluation suitable for quality inspection, manufacturing lines, maintenance diagnostics, and R&D verification. A 7-inch TFT display allows direct waveform viewing and judgment, while built-in storage supports waveform recall and documentation. Safety interlock and signal control interfaces allow integration with automated production equipment.
