The 6632 Series Impedance Analyzer offers a wide measurement frequency range from 10 Hz to 50 MHz with outstanding ±0.08% accuracy (typical ±0.05%). Designed for evaluating electronic components and materials, it measures impedance, admittance, reactance, resistance, capacitance, inductance, and phase with exceptional precision and stability.
