DDS Function Generator SFG-1013
- Offers a frequency range from 0.1 Hz to 3 MHz, with a frequency resolution of 0.1 Hz and a stability of ±20 ppm, ensuring reliable performance.
- Capable of generating sine, square, triangle, and TTL waveforms. It includes a 25% to 75% duty cycle range for square waves, ideal for varied applications.
- Amplitude range of 2 mVpp to 10 Vpp into a 50Ω load. The SFG-1013 ensures a ±20% accuracy at maximum amplitude, providing flexibility for different output needs.
- Sine wave harmonic distortion is >-55 dBc from 0.1 Hz to 200 kHz. Sine wave flatness is <±0.3 dB from 0.1 Hz to 1 MHz for high-quality output.
- Features a 6-digit LED display and operates on AC 100V to 240V. Compact design with dimensions of 220mm x 85mm x 260mm and a weight of about 2.8 kg.
The SFG-1000 Series, an economic function generator with high accuracy and high stability output, are designed based on the DDS (Direct Digital Synthesized) technology embedded in a large scale FPGA.
