The MICROTEST 5460 Series Transformer Tester is a versatile all-in-one device designed to measure critical parameters of transformer products. It supports a wide frequency range from 10Hz to 200kHz (with options for 500kHz and 1MHz) and offers 48 testing channels. The tester is equipped with a built-in LCR meter mode and features capabilities for measuring inductance, leakage inductance, DC resistance, AC resistance, quality factor, capacitance, turns ratio, and pin short circuit detection. With a basic accuracy of up to ±0.1%, it includes functions for open circuit/short circuit detection and 100mA DC bias testing via the integrated F5620 pneumatic fixture. The tester also allows for the simultaneous display of four parameters and offers connectivity options through RS-232, Handler, LAN, and USB Host ports. Storage functions are available for settings, data, and screen captures via USB Host. Customization services are available to adapt the device to meet specific customer needs.
