The MICROTEST 5260 Series Transformer Tester is a versatile and comprehensive testing device designed to measure critical parameters for transformer products. It offers a wide frequency range from 10Hz to 200kHz (with optional 500kHz and 1MHz capabilities), and supports 20 testing channels for simultaneous measurements. The tester is capable of measuring inductance, leakage inductance, DC resistance, AC resistance, quality factor, capacitance, turns ratio, and can also detect pin short circuits. With a built-in LCR meter mode, it provides high accuracy of up to ±0.1% and includes an open circuit/short circuit function. Additionally, the device features a 100mA DC bias capability, integrated pneumatic fixture (F5620), and supports USB Host storage for saving settings, data, and screen captures. For enhanced connectivity, it includes RS-232, Handler, LAN, and USB interfaces. Customized testing fixtures are also available to meet specific customer requirements.
