The ILA1048 High‑Efficiency Power Amplifier Module with DPD is engineered for advanced wireless infrastructure applications, offering outstanding power efficiency and linearity. Designed to operate in cellular LTE/5G frequency bands, it integrates digital predistortion (DPD) technology to allow the amplifier to run closer to saturation before compression maximizing output and minimizing distortion. This results in significantly improved Error Vector Magnitude (EVM) and reduced adjacent-channel interference, while lowering power consumption and thermal load across network deployments.

Built around a Doherty or high‑efficiency LDMOS architecture, the ILA1048 delivers robust gain and consistent output power while maintaining flat gain response across its operating band. It is optimized for 50 Ω matching, supports a standard 28 V DC supply rail, and includes built‑in protections such as over-temperature shutdown and load mismatch detection.
