The 6632-5/5S Impedance Analyzer delivers advanced measurement performance for impedance, admittance, and material property testing across a wide frequency range of 10 Hz to 5 MHz. Equipped with Automatic Level Control (ALC) and selectable 25 Ω / 100 Ω output impedance, the analyzer ensures measurement stability under varying conditions. It supports multiple measurement modes—including Meter, List, and Sweep—allowing efficient testing across complex setups.
