The 6632-10/10S Impedance Analyzer provides high-precision impedance and material property testing across a wide frequency range from 10 Hz to 10 MHz. Designed for research and production environments, it offers outstanding accuracy up to ±0.08% (typical ±0.05%) and ultra-fast measurement speed under 3 ms.
Its Automatic Level Control (ALC) ensures stable and consistent drive conditions, while the selectable 25 Ω or 100 Ω output impedance provides flexibility for different test setups. The unit supports multiple measurement modes—Meter, List, and Sweep—enabling advanced frequency-dependent analysis.
