The 6632-1/1S Impedance Analyzer provides high-precision impedance measurement capability over a frequency range from 10 Hz to 1 MHz, achieving up to ±0.08 % basic accuracy (typical ±0.05 %). It’s designed for analyzing electronic components and materials across various impedance characteristics including resistance, reactance, capacitance, inductance, and phase.
Equipped with Automatic Level Control (ALC) and selectable 25 Ω / 100 Ω output impedance, it ensures stable measurement levels and excellent repeatability. The analyzer supports Meter, List, and Sweep modes, enabling flexible analysis across frequency or voltage ranges.
Built-in DC bias voltage (±12 V), open/short/load correction, comparator and BIN functions, and ultra-fast measurement speed below 3 ms make it suitable for both R&D and production testing. Multiple communication interfaces—USB, LAN, GPIB, and RS-232—allow seamless integration into automated systems.
