Discover enhanced signal analysis with the all-new SDS1000X-E Super Phosphor Oscilloscope series by SIGLENT. This series introduces two-channel and four-channel models, providing versatile solutions for various applications. The two-channel model boasts a 200 MHz analog bandwidth, a single ADC with a 1 GSa/s maximum sample rate, and 14 Mpts of sample memory. On the other hand, the four-channel option offers 100 and 200 MHz models, featuring two 1 GSa/s ADCs and two 14 Mpts memory modules.

When all channels are activated, each channel operates at a sample rate of 500 MSa/s with a standard record length of 7 Mpts. For single-channel-per-ADC operation, the maximum sample rate reaches 1 GSa/s, accompanied by a maximum record length of 14 Mpts. This convenient flexibility aligns with the user-friendly front panel design, simplifying common function access.

Powered by the latest Super Phosphor Oscilloscope (SPO) technology, the SDS1000X-E series ensures exceptional signal fidelity and performance. With a minimum vertical input range of 500 uV/div, it incorporates an innovative digital trigger system renowned for its high sensitivity and low jitter. The waveform capture rate of 400,000 frames/sec (sequence mode) further accentuates its capabilities. This series introduces a 256-level intensity grading display function, along with a unique color temperature display mode, setting it apart from competitors.

Boasting diverse triggering modes, including serial bus triggering, the SDS1000X-E series provides comprehensive support. Serial bus decoding encompasses IIC, SPI, UART, CAN, and LIN bus types.
