The APS-7100 1000VA Programmable AC Power Source is a versatile and compact single-phase power supply engineered for precise simulation of global AC power conditions in both R&D and production environments. It delivers up to 1000VA output power with a wide output voltage range of 0–310V and frequency range of 45Hz to 500Hz, extendable up to 999.9Hz using advanced programming functions. The APS-7100 supports multiple output modes including AC, DC, and AC+DC, providing flexibility for a variety of test scenarios. It features a high-resolution 5-digit VFD display and comprehensive measurement capabilities including Vrms, Irms, Ipeak, frequency, true power (W), apparent power (VA), reactive power (VAR), power factor (PF), and crest factor. The unit enables waveform editing, programmable ramp and step sequences, and harmonics simulation up to the 40th order for evaluating equipment behavior under distorted or non-ideal conditions. Safety features such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overpower, and overtemperature protection are built-in for reliable operation. Communication interfaces include USB, RS-232, LAN, and optional GPIB, allowing integration into automated systems. With a compact 2U rack-mountable design, intuitive front panel, and support for remote control via SCPI commands, the APS-7100 is ideal for applications in home appliance testing, avionics, lighting, automotive electronics, and industrial device validation.
