The 6632-3/3S Impedance Analyzer is a precision instrument designed for accurate impedance measurement from 10 Hz to 3 MHz. With a basic accuracy of ±0.08% (typical ±0.05%), it provides highly stable and repeatable results for testing electronic components and material characteristics.
It supports comprehensive parameter analysis including impedance, admittance, phase, resistance, capacitance, inductance, dissipation factor, and quality factor. Featuring Automatic Level Control (ALC), selectable 25 Ω or 100 Ω output impedance, and ultra-fast measurement speed under 3 ms, it ensures consistent test performance across multiple modes—Meter, List, and Sweep.
A built-in ±12 V DC bias, open/short/load correction, comparator and BIN classification functions further enhance its analytical capability. Its multiple communication interfaces—USB, LAN, GPIB, and RS-232—enable seamless integration with PC systems or automated test environments.
