- Features fully compliant LXI Standard Version 1.5 (Ethernet 1000baseT) and USB 3 compatible interfaces, allowing control directly through standard PC connections for a cost-effective test solution.
- Key components, including the embedded controller and the high-power AC mains supply, are easily removable, which simplifies maintenance, service, and minimizes system downtime.
- Employs crossflow airflow and intelligent fan control to provide a cooling capacity of 25 W per slot at $50^{\circ}C$ ambient temperature, ensuring stable operation.
- Compatible with a wide range of PXI and PXIe 3U switching and instrumentation modules, offering a versatile platform for configuring complex automated test systems.
Our 60-107-001 modular LXI/USB chassis occupies only a small, 2U rack-height form factor, making it suitable for portable and space-restricted rack-mount applications. The chassis features remote control via USB or LXI Ethernet. Remote control over a network enables the switching function of a test system to be located as close as possible to the target equipment. The chassis features the highest slot count in a 2U form factor, with 12 hybrid-compatible slots that support our single-slot PXI or PXIe switching, simulation, or instrumentation modules.
The USB-compatible and LXI-compliant interfaces enable the chassis to be controlled directly through standard interfaces commonly found on most personal computers, providing a cost-effective route into the modular test and measurement market. The chassis can be controlled through built-in software drivers. Chassis configuration and module control are possible through the W3C web page interface. The 60-107 is powered by an integrated removable AC mains supply.
