This technology leverages a high-bandwidth link, ensuring seamless connectivity transparent to device drivers. The MXI-Express Thunderbolt empowers your PXI Express instrumentation and switching, offering CompactPCI Express-level support without the need for additional software installations.

Equipped with two ports, the MXI-Express Thunderbolt card is designed for ultimate versatility. It supports a primary connection to the host computer while providing a second port for daisy-chaining to compatible Thunderbolt 3 devices, such as monitors. The card is compatible with both 2 and 4-link chassis configurations, ensuring a wide range of connectivity options.

Please note that while the Thunderbolt remote control module offers outstanding flexibility, it is not recommended for daisy-chaining multiple chassis. For such multi-chassis applications, we recommend exploring MTS’ other chassis controllers and bus expanders to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.

For typical configurations, consider utilizing the MXI-Express Thunderbolt active cable, which offers a convenient two-meter connection between the host’s Thunderbolt 3 USB port and the MXI interface, ensuring seamless and efficient control of your PXI Express chassis.
